How do I change my email address or password?

You can change your email address on the "edit your profile" page. Here you can change some other information including search preferences, address and other preferences about your daily routines, habits, hobbies etc.

After you've made your changes, click "Save" at the bottom of the page to save.

This application is a faster way of communicating to other members of the site who are online. Its lists all the members who are online. When you send message, recipient will receive message and would reply. If unfortunately recipient doesn't receive message for some reason, then that message will be send to his onsite message Inbox.

When a member sends you a note, it goes straight into your onsite message Inbox. We then send an email to your personal email address to let you know that it's there.

To read the note, simply login to the site and go to your Inbox. If you decide to write back, simply click "reply", write your own note and send away. Your note will go straight into the member's onsite Inbox, and we'll let them know it's there with an email to their personal email address.

All communications with other members stay onsite so that you never have to give out any personal information until you feel completely ready. Then when you are, you can exchange phone numbers and even meet in person.

To update your profile, click "Edit Profile" in Members Panel menu. Be sure to save your changes at the bottom of the screen when you're done.

Try to put your best foot forward with at least one photo and snappy, detailed essays about your interests. The photo is key since most people feel more comfortable writing to members they can see. Try to stay positive in your essays and let the real you shine.

To hide your profile, select "No" for the option "Other members can see when I'm online?" on the "Edit Profile" page. Keep in mind, however, those members who are most active on the site keep their profile visible in all places because it ups their chances of connecting with people. And you never know, someone special may be looking for you and never get to find you if your profile is hidden.

When I suspend my membership, does it end my subscription? Can I put my subscription on hold?

No. Once you purchase a subscription, it will remain active for the remainder of your initial term.

How to Add or Change Profile Picture/Photo?

If you want to change your profile picture/photo. Follow the instructions.

1.From the home page itself You can change your profile picture. After login in your profile page there is an option change picture under your photo.

2.Under Your Profile Photo, Click on the change picture.

3.Select the desired photo by entering the filename or using the Browse button.

If you still see the old photo on your homepage, just refresh your page to see the new photo. You may also need to clear your cache and cookies.

How to block a User/Profile?

You can block another user from sending you scraps, messages, invitations, friend requests by adding that user to your Block list.

The block list is visible to you and other users won't know who's on your Block list.

To block a user, visit their profile.

You will find the option Block The User Under the Profile photo of that User.

Click on Block The User it shows successfully blocked the user and that profile add to your block list.

You can Delete members from your Block list by following these steps:

1.Visit your home page and click Block list

2.Click On Delete

3.That particular user will be unblocked.

How to invite friends for Truedate4u.com?

Your Friends can join Truedate4u by visiting www.truedate4u.com and fill and submit simple Registration form on Home page.

Here's how you can send Truedate4u invitations:

1.Visit Your Home page and You will find the INVITE button on the top of your profile.

2.Click on INVITE

3.Enter your friend mail id and you can send some additional message for your invitation.

4.Here you can invite multiple users by entering different mail ids separated by comma(,).

5.And click on the Send button.

How to Edit Profile?

Visit Home page and click on edit profile on the top of your profile.

Click the tab that describes the section of your profile that you'd like to change.

Here you can change your personal information, password, general information and Dating Information also.

Click Update button at end of each section when you make changes.

Note: If you don't click update button after completing your changes before proceeding to next page or tab, your changes will be lost.

How to Create Photo Album?

Truedate4u has upgraded your photo experience: Now you can add thousands of photos and easily organize them into different albums.

Create A New Album:

1.Visit your home page and click on the photo album at top most right on your profile.

2.Click on Create New Album. Here you will get options to give a title to album and some description.

3. Here you will get one more option with whom you want to share this album.

4.And click on the create button. The new album is created and immediately it appears in your album section.

5.After clicking Create button it shows one page where we can upload the images by browsing from your computer. Click on browse to select the desired photo/photos and click on add image button.

What is Private and Public options in Scrapbook?

When Ever you send a scrap to any particular person we are providing 2 options like private and public.

If you choose private option that particular scrap will be shown to the person to whom you sent even it available in scrap book.

If you select Public option it will be shown to the people who can see the scrapbook of that particular user.

Forgotten Password?

If you forgot your password, on Home page under login button you will find Forgot Password option.

Click on Forgot password it opens new window where you have an option to provide your email id.

Enter Your Email Id and click on get password button.

You'll receive a message containing instructions to reset your password at the address registered as your Truedate4u Account username.
